14. Orders and contract formation

You authorise the relevant provider to charge the selected payment method in accordance with:

We do not normally store complete payment-card details.

You must ensure that:

• Sufficient funds are available.

17. Recurring Subscriptions

Unless expressly described as a one-off purchase, paid Subscriptions renew automatically.

The renewal frequency will be shown before checkout, for example monthly.

Your payment method will be charged automatically until:

• You cancel;
• We terminate the Subscription; or
• Payment fails and access ends.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for a period already supplied.

18. Free trials and promotional periods

Some Subscriptions may include a free or reduced-price trial.

The trial length and the price payable after the trial will be shown before registration.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends:

• The Subscription will convert to a paid Subscription;
• Your payment method will be charged; and
• Recurring billing will continue at the stated frequency.

Only one introductory trial may be permitted per person, household, payment method or service.

We may cancel duplicated, manipulated or fraudulently obtained trials.

19. Immediate access and cooling-off rights

Subscriptions normally provide access soon after purchase.

Where required, we will ask you to:

43. General provisions

If one part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

No person other than you and All Sports News Ltd has a right to enforce these Terms, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.
